With our keysave you can check in comfortably during, as well as after our opening hours.
With little effort you can immediately get your room key. The rooms are ready for occupancy after arrangement.

Check-in with the key safe

  • Your room key is located in a safe at the hotel entrance. We will send you a code for the safe in advance.
  • Type this access code into the key safe to receive the room key and your room number.
  • With this key you will open the main entrance door, as well as your room door
  • You will receive the invoice in paper form or on request by e-mail to info@donauwoerther-hof.de.

If you have booked more than one room, repeat the procedure according to the number of rooms.

Mit unserem Schlüsselsafe können Sie bequem während, sowie nach unseren Öffnungszeiten einchecken.
Mit kleinem Aufwand gelangen Sie sofort an Ihren Schlüssel und schließlich ins Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind nach Absprache bezugsfertig.

Check-In mit dem Schlüsselsafe

  • Sie benötigen lediglich einen von uns vorabgeschickten Code für den Safe am Eingang
  • Tippen Sie diesen Zugangscode in den Schlüsselsafe ein
  • Sie erhalten somit den Zimmerschlüssel und Ihre Zimmernummer
  • Mit diesem Schlüssel öffnen Sie die Haupteingangstüre, sowie Ihre Zimmertüre

Die Rechnung erhalten Sie in Papierform oder auf Anfrage per E-Mail an info@donauwoerther-hof.de

Bei mehreren gebuchten Zimmern wiederholen Sie den Vorgang entsprechend der Anzahl der Zimmer.
